These reusable zip ties are so cool

I ordered some powder coating powder a while, back, and the bags came with zip ties wrapped around them. I was getting ready to cut the zip ties, when I noticed there was a little tab on them. I pushed on the tab, and sure enough, the zip tie came undone. You can reuse these zip ties as often as...

    Faulty starter solenoid killing car?

Replaced the yellow wire. I guess we'll see if it's a long term fix. I am concerned now though. I can't seem to find any fusible links. I don't know if that's because the previous owner may have removed them during the engine swap or maybe I just don't know what I'm looking at. I'm not...

Ok well ****. Alex's 235 record bumped the 224 in C/CBGALT. SO, now with only at 8mph difference, there is no need to go thru the trouble. 2024 records are not yet in the book. Duh

What would you build if limited to 372ci - with boost as an option

Looks like to be in C you'd be going small block or destroked big block or 361, 340/360 probably be good choices, If going B I'd drop a 440 crank in a 383 making 432-438 could even go 0.070" to 440 bore.

I tried smoking some ribs last summer for the first time and the results were great. I have a stainless grill, can't remember the make but it's lasted over 15 years now.

Them rock plant screens make great grill material. If they get one little hole in them it's off to the scrap pile they go and there could be a 3'x6' piece of usable material around that little hole. The smaller opening screen bits make excellent accessories for specialty goodies. Easy to cut...

Alex Taylor ran that same car this year with a different top end and ran 234 i believe at Bonneville tho. For classic, she needed to run a carb not the EFI David used. With the big block he ran out to 276 at bonneville i believe
