Yup, put that one between the booster bracket and the firewall....Went bareback between the pedal bracket and the inner firewall. Making brake lines now. Got the master to the proportioning valve formed and installed. Once the long front one goes in, thinking it's engine and trans time...

Especially with 500 kyoobs on tap.

I'd put 225/70/14 on back and 205 or 215/70/14 on front. 68 Barracuda has big wheelwells. I have manual steering on my b-body with 225/70-14 on front, not a problem steering the car. My wife drives if also.

I've cut them down to 53cc in stock racing classes but wouldn't go under 60cc for street and had the intake cut to fit

Here's the car after I cleaned everything out of it... The rust-through is everywhere, but the worst of it is what I'm planning to fix (mainly structural parts). From a quick assessment, what needs to be replaced are: one complete rocker, full floor, some patches in the firewall, front frame...

Some have had k frame fitting problem with early pans and had to grind clearance with early pans, I have one on a 340 and it was very close getting .

Check the valve length the last time I used those valves they made a change , and told me the valves only comes in a plus .100 length stem I ordered a few replacement valve and all were .100 plus so and the oringal I bought were std . length . just something else to check if they checked spring...

I removed the interior to assess the rust damage... Note the very high quality seat covers on the seats. I've never seen such well made covers. Under them is the original seat material... Also note the Plum Crazy body pieces, before the car was re-painted a poor quality purple color in the 1990's...

Are you talking about the original 318? I'd rather have a 440. I wouldn't spend 80k for ANY car with a 318 in it. Well, maybe a Dual Ghia or something......
