Im starting the task of replacing my upper control arm mounts on my 65 Dart. And Im needing some measurments just to verify proper placement if anybody with an early A can provide Id greatly appreciate it. I need the distance from all 4 control arm mounting holes to bottom of fram rail.

new up date finally started actual work on my 65 Dart. had the 5.7 Hemi rebuilt, starting to replace upper control arm mounts. and scored a 8sp trans out of 2018 challenger with 18k miles. lastly ordered harness from hotwire.

I'm currently doing this swap & used the holley pan. Came with everything including pickup. Nice quality

Well after a 5 year break from my 65 dart build, due to moving from WA to AZ. I finally got my car moved own here. purchased a rotisserie and ready to get back to work on this thing. Ive also picked up a 5.7 hemi and nag1 out of a 2006 charger to drop in.

iif that magnum engine you got is a 5.9 it had a 46re not a 44re trans behind it. 44 will bolt up but wont last especially if you really use the throttle. ive swapped 5.9s into a few jeeps was going to put one into my 65 dart before I changed direction and decided to go with a hemi

I put a mustang 2 front in my 65 dart for the same reasons. I haven't gotten to eng swap yet since I've moved out of state and haven't moved my car down yet. But I'm planning the 5.7 hemi also

on my 65 I'm installing a 70 challenger shaker

you don't need to have the ecm control your gauges worst case you run what ever gauges you want inipendant of the ecm

I haven't done the obd2 swap yet, I'm making my own harness also, on the obd1 the computer doesn't run the gauges, my understanding is obd2 you you run your gauges like normal just will end up with 2 senders. and no I will not be running the down stream o2
