I was thinking of a flush installation of a clear lens light on each side of the rear license plate, there's a little space between the plate and the opening, might have to mod the crease that's there just a little to widen it.

I like either style better than this one, maybe I'm just weird....

This hood is for a '70-'72 Duster, Scamp, or Valiant from a Tennessee Scamp. Has holes drilled for mounting the twin scoops, a little surface rust underneath but no bubbles or rust through that I have found. Nice and straight - good solid hood! Located between Nashville, TN and Bowling Green...

The hardware was a little rough on the used set I bought. I'm gonna get some stainless screws with the same thread, cut the heads off of them, clean up the threads and use stainless nylon lock nuts - that way I won't have to worry about them getting rusty.

This is some great info! I just got a set of nice used scoops to put on my '71 Swinger. They're black, but the car is Butterscotch with a white vinyl top. I'm leaning toward painting the scoops Butterscotch, as well.... I set them on there and the black scoops look kinda funky with the white...

I am chasing an engine-speed related vibration on my '71 Dart, 318/904. Took off accessory belts, no change. Installed new balancer, no change. Dropped pan to inspect rotating assembly, nothing weird there, replaced original '71 rod bearings. Flexplate good. Figured it's gotta be a converter...
