My 62 has 3 on the tree and it got real hard to shift from 3/2 to 1/r. When I opened the column I found the little reinforcing tab on the shift tube had broken off. Can it be rewelded? With out pulling the column?

Can anyone help me out with Mopar or Hollanders numbers for a flywheel and bell housing for /6 to np435? I haven't had any luck getting a set that goes togetherbut if I had the correct numbers that should help. Thanks in advance

What all backing plates work on the bbp 7 1/4?

are the backing plates and hardware different between sbp and bbp on the 7.25 rear axle? I know I need new drums and maybe shoes but can I reuse everything else? Wheel cyl are new. Thanks to those in the know:prayer:

My 62 Valiant has a slant 6 and a 3 speed manual transmission and when I'm driving its hard to get it out of first. When I try it while parked it shifts freely, . I've tried shifting while holding the rpm up, matching rpm to road speed,letting rpm drop before trying, adjusting clutch pedal free...
