    PCM options

I am going with an NGC. I want CC at some point and at the time I was deciding it seemed like the best option was the OEM controller. I don't think any of the aftermarket controllers can do CC, but there are now CC DBW kits that can control the throttle. The later GPEC2A controller has some...

Anyone use these headers on their early a body?

I could be wrong, but I think he meant he got a good deal elsewhere for them. The link was just to show which ones he was referring to.

    Wierd 6 blade fan

This was on a car at the local junkyard and I was just wondering if anyone knows why the blades were cut the way they are. No factory markings, in fact no markings of any kind to indicate manufacturer. Wierdest fan I've ever seen.

Still challenging as I understand. Water systems, roads and housing. Imagine it's off of any news cycle I imagine.

That cable thing. Are there any industrial supply shops nearby that make cables? Heck, the Cat dealer here made cables for any application.

Duster Breaks FAST Small Block Record

Not that I have had any blazing fast cars but I have always (since the 80s) built my cars in FAST fashion . My 408 W2 Swinger might hit the 10’s but it has headers and a Victor intake . I think the key to hooking with bias ply's is weight transfer , loose front suspension, semi loose rear ...

I've had 5 convertibles that I remember. Triumph, Fiat, Corvette, Jeep and a bug-eyed Sprite. Yea cold outside with the top down and heat on is really quite nice.

Anyone use these headers on their early a body?

Over A GRAND is a good deal? You could get Dougs under chassis headers for less and not have to hack the car up.

Restomod or Original OEM style?? - Feedback Appreciated!

How much taller than stock is the new ball joint? The COC kits need a 2" taller UBJ to catch up with the OEM geometry due to the short MII spindle, will they need to go 3" now?

Project Cheap & Nasty Updated With Back Story

Project Cheap & Nasty is now a short block. New timing chain and new camshaft sprocket, but original used crank sprocket. Used stock cam and all. Used oil pump with big block high pressure sprAng. The rod bearings I had were for some kinda V8. There were 8 pairs and they were the wrong size, so...

1971 Duster 340 10" front drum brakes - what other Mopar brake drum hubs will fit?

Valiant - yes, at Wilwood tech line’s suggestion, the previous owner bought their “street” pads but they made no difference in reducing the noise.

Duster Breaks FAST Small Block Record

I've always thought this class was one of the coolest things in racing. I didn't realize it was actually as restrictive as it was though. I thought it was exactly what the name said "factory appearing, stock tire", otherwise no holds barred. I swear I remember seeing articles and videos about...

1971 Duster 340 10" front drum brakes - what other Mopar brake drum hubs will fit?

Tony, yes, my Wilwood discs are the drilled/slotted ones. The previous owner even bought Wilwood’s “street” pads at their tech line’s suggestion but they made no difference in reducing the noise.

Cold Case Radiator what fan and shroud are you using ?

mine is a V8 shroud. after popping all the rivet holes in it...instead of filling them in....I just added a couple of aluminum strips at the top and bottom to cover it all up and stiffen the shroud. The shroud was also bowing in the middle as it was a tight fit in the channels vs mounting it...
