Vaccum is at 5 to 6hg at Idle . Not sure where timing is at. Timing light broke. I set it advanced enough so it will turn over easily. I'm going to have to invet in a new timing light. It also has 3000 stall converter.

I found a set in Indianapolis that was just ceramic coated for $647.00. I not sure i need the termal barrier. I thought about tgetting the Nickel chrome, but i think they will discolor after a while. Adam, Are the ones pictured ceramic coated? They look good. Steve

It has a 340 engine and a automatic transmission. No power steering or air. The set that is in there now is a bear to get in. I hope they come out a little easier.

I am considering replacing the headers on my 68 cuda. Want to get the ceramic coated headers. Does anyone have an opinion on what the best and easiest to install headers ? Looking at TTi but pretty pricey. there are othe ceramic coated headers out there for less money. Thank you for your input.

I wonder if just shocks with helper spring for towing would work?

I don't want to raise it more than an inch. Plus I don't want to take the springs out again. I might consider that down the road. Thanks for the input.

I am considering raising the rear on my 68 Cuda. I am having some trouble with it bottoming out. Looking at Monroe and Gabriel air shocks. Does anyone out there have any expreience or suggestions they can offer? Thanks

Engine running great now. I put a new ECU in and it seems to be just fine. I am going to put the old one back in to see if it wasn't just a grounding problem.

Update on gauges. I finally got all the gauges working. Soldering the cluster pins was a big help. I would encourage anyone who is tackling this project to solder them if they are a little bit lose. It is nice to have dash light again too.

Well, I ended up pulling the dash panel out. Several if the pins were loose. I soldered them and they are not lose now. I had mentioned that i put the solid state voltage limiter in. I i know when i had it hooked up i had 12 volts in and 5 out. I have the voltage limiter in the gas gauge. I...

I noticed that one or two of the pins were loose. Looks like I am pulling it out to solder them up. The amp meter has got me baffled. I was sure I had the lines on correctly. Would that make a difference? Any other Ideas. Thanks

Lights and fuses good. I did notice that the radio and heater blower fan don't work. I checked voltage to and from the limiter and I have 12 going in and 5 coming out. I also have 5 volts to the next gauge. The amp meter is not working and it is independent of other 3 gauges. Thank you for...

I just put my instrument panel back in after replacing the voltage limiter. Now none of the gauges work. I wonder if it is a grounding problem? Any suggestions
