Found this on C/L. GM based 833 OD but it appears to have the "tall" Mopar bell pattern rather than the GM "wide" bolt pattern. BUT THE BELL looks like it has the "wide" GM pattern. Do these even fit together? I say "no"......... Chevy 4sp manual overdrive tranny LS 5.3 Chevy...

May not have been around long There used to be an OD unit that looked like a sawed off "front" of an A833. I would guess you pulled your input pinion out, put it into the OD and then the od bolted up in front of your existing A833. No idea "when" this might have been
