My torsion bars show “625” Which according to the chart I believe would be .85, if I am understanding correctly in going from a 2 barrel to a 4 barrel and a sway bar, the .87 or .89 would be a decent change… not quite a 85 Chrysler Fifth Avenue and not quite a 91 Tercel haha! I appreciate the heads up and useful information. Thank you! Am I understanding that correctly that the strength of the torsion bar was determined by the engine HP/ torque as engines became larger and offered more power, larger diameter bars to accommodate that?
