Spirolox have been .990" for Mopar small block pistons. I'm pretty sure thickness has been .042" or .044" with some manufacturers using 2 per piston and some 4 per piston. But the original manufacturer is the best place to get them from. Always hated trying to take the old ones out.

Also remember that as the car is launching forward, the engine and trans are getting pulled back against rubber/poly mounts and even motor plates can flex a bit! Better to have a little too much clearance than not enough.
