Roadkill and other Motortrend shows are cancelled.

    45 BILLION in debt? WTF

I have forgotten how to remove these headers.

It really depends on how much clearance you have on your inner fender cuts around the tubes. When my car still had inner fenders, I was able to unbolt the fenderwell headers, and lift them out. I had to twist them while lifting up to allow the contours of the tubes get through the fender holes...

    BIG SHOUT OUT...

Agreed. Mike spent time on the phone with me earlier this year to discuss rocker geometry and it was a great conversation for me. He didnt have to spend so much time talking to me!

    Big Block 440 Flexplate Install

When you go to bolt the converter to the flex plate, you wont be able to get a ratchet and socket in there. You will most likely have to use a box end wrench. Just FYI - torque to where your elbow is ready to give out,. and that should equate to tight enough........

    Anyone see this yet?

I have been also looking at Chevy / GMC 2500 and 3500 trucks as well. My father in law has a couple of them on his farm, and they are performing well.

    Anyone see this yet?

I have been in a holding pattern for purchasing a new Ram 2500 or 3500 for my business. Prices are crazy, but most concerning is whether Stellantis will be in business within the 5 to 10 years I will own the truck. Stability of these companies can and will hurt buying decisions.

    Solid roller cam question

I have had good results and customer experience specifying and ordering a custom cam grind with Howard's.

    Safe rpm

Hydraulic cam? Short bursts @ 6,000 to 6500 rpm are ok. You may be ok approaching 7,000, but your engine probably isnt making more power at that rpm anyway.

Let's hear your "black widow" part story.

Abount 10 years ago, I picked up a Weiand Tunnel ram for an RB at a swap meet / drag race in Xenia Ohio. No plans for it, got it cheap enough that it could have been shop art. Now, it's.... well a major part of this machine!

    Stop Light Switch

Anymore, when I need to get up under dash area, I remove the front seat, and lay on my back. Still a pain in the butt, but makes it easier.

    Anyone know anything about Subarus?

My wife's broomstick is a 2010 Subaru Forester. We bought it new in 2010. For her, it has been a flawless vehicle for her driving. All Subarus are AWD, which is nice. The trim level of her car is one step above the lowest, and the engine is naturally aspirated. We have only ever put tires, oil...

    Winter Upgrades (Feedback wanted)

From my personal experience, changing a bunch of stuff in the offseason means having to "start over" on a combo tune the next season. It can be frustrating, unless you are in it for the challenge. The challenge with changing several major things at once is you have a hard time understanding what...

    Cam duration question

My last 2 engine builds, I called the cam company I went with, and tol them about my combo, and what I was going to do with it. They then provided a cusotm grind for my appication. THEN, I called a converter company and gave them combo and cam specs, and had a custom converter made for my...

    Moparty

Yeah, I'm pretty green when it comes to bracket / index racing. I'm good at Drag-n-Drive events, which average your times over the week. In those cases, you really are only racing yourself.

    Moparty

Me and my pit crew buddy had a great time @ Moparty. Our 3rd year racing at it. Here is a video of me breaking out during street King Eliminations. Oh well, going too fast is better than too slow!! This ratty looking Cuda is WAYYYY more fun than driving my nice-paint restored car.

    Anti roll bar?

I have one on my Barracuda. I'm probably not fast enough to need it right now, but while I was doing some other mods, I went ahead and put one under there for the future. This is the one I ordered. Anti-Roll Bar G-Body W/Mount Tube

    rear main leak

Any chance you could napkin sketch how you have the plumbing for running both types of systems? I know how to do them separately, but curious how that plumbing works when combined. Breathers on one side of the engine, pcv on the other? Or are you venting on the valley pan or somewhere else? Do...

Thanks man - my covers do have baffles under the breathers.

    rear main leak

I'm going to start with the ME Wagner since it is the easiest install, and see what the improvement is. My car runs 10s - so wot is only at 10s intervals!
