    360 OILING

    I have a 360 Stock Eliminator engine. It has now spun #6 rod bearing twice. Once in a stock 360 block & now again in a MP race block. Two different blocks & two different cranks. Replaced both rods on that journal the first time. Clearances are .002-.003 Suggestions?

    Anyone know if the Roller lifter from a 1988 318 has the same dimension of a 5.2 Magnum roller lifter? I understand the magnum lifter has an oiling hole in it to oil thru the pushrods & the early roller doesn't. Is that the only difference?

    Anybody got info on installing the poly heads from the 50's & 60's on the modern small blocks. Any performace results? I hear that there are some good numbers on this conversion. There is even an aftermarket intake for it. Whats the word on the street?

    Water pump hose block-off

    Has anybody tried to seal the bypass & heater holes on a 1970 & up water pump? I'm wanting to block the bypass off, there are rubber caps for the heater hose connection available. How about an expansion plug to fit the hole? Any thoughts?
