I have had a set of these wheel covers for a while and want to restore them. Can anyone tell me how to work on what looks like a brushed aluminum surface? Is there a paint that I should use, and/or some sort of restorer product? Thanks in advance!

….for all of the years 14X5.5 inch steelies were offered by Chrysler in SBP, are all years the same as far as backspacing, etc.? In other words, will a later year 14X5.5 inch SBP wheel fit on an earlier year car that came with 14X5.5 inch wheels? Thanks!
