    8.75 Yoke replacement

    I have a 489 case sure grip and am upgrading to a 1350 yoke. I have the crush eliminator. Can I just zip off the pinion nut and put in the new yoke, and then torque the pinion nut? Also what is the torque spec?

    I am gathering parts to swap the 42rh into my 70 Dart, however I am not sure on the speedo cable. I have read 80". I have an aftermarket speedometer which has the 5/8-18 threaded end, which I can find, but not sure on the trans side, size. Is 7/8 the right size for trans side?
