My 65 Dart has the one year only through the firewall junction box, someone converted it to a 5 pin ECU and a two pole ballast and of course the non points dist. I can wire the MSD and the unilite together, but do I need the ballast resistor?, if so how do wire it?, tie the run and crank wires...

I took the wiper motor out today, three nuts in the engine bay and a 1/2 nut on the wiper motor, there was a black plastic washer looking thing on the backside that fell off when i took the arm off, anyone know how it goes back on? looks like something to do with the parking, but not sure...
