    What's the maximum lift a stock 308 head can take before running into retainer clearance or coil bind? I want to put some stock heads on my 360 as a temporary measure to break the cam in and give me some time to port/rebuild a good set of heads.

    Cam bearing removal tool

    Has anyone used one of the universal cam bearing removal/installation tool? I'm looking at maybe a Lisle LIS18000 or an ATD 8620. They both seem pretty comparable on price $150ish and features. How easy are they to use and get good results?

    Which do you think would get better economy on a stock 318? I think in normal driving there would be very little difference. Anyone got any practical experience? The thermoquad would be fitted on a small port Weiand dual plane intake.

    Valve springs for Summit K6901 cam

    Anyone got any spring recommendations for this cam? It's 218/228 duration @ 0.050 and .441/.441 lift. It's going in an otherwise basically stock 360 with 308 heads and headers in a '50 Plymouth Suburban with a stick shift. It's a budget build so cheap options are preferred!

    Big block oil pump driveshaft
