I'm in the process of redoing my dash and want to bypass the gauge in the cluster and wire in an aftermarket gauge. Do I use the factory connection? Do I just connect those to wires and wire the gauge elsewhere? The electrical system is not part of my clear understanding in some areas.

Dash lights quit workin, every other light on the car works. What are the possible culprits. Switch, are they fused by themselves, what gives.

I just picked up an MSD 6c, it's an older box. Anybody know what the small spade plug in the opposite end from the 5 pin is for. Power from battery maybe? Or does anyone have instructions for it. I searched MSD site briefly, but haven't found it yet.
