    Generally back in the day, we thought the riveted lining was best. Rock Auto has 1 set of Bosch that are riveted. Firm Feel has them but they are around $100.

    Unfortunately, I don't recall the brand that I used, but I had to modify the lower anchor slots where the adjuster seats. The upper angle was too shallow which kept the adjuster from easily turning. I suspect they were a brand name as I try not to buy un-branded stuff.

    I was originally looking at 4.0 XJs and Wranglers because I have a totaled 104k miles 2.0 TDI turbo diesel. TD Conversions makes a TDI adapters for man different trans from Tacomas to Jeeps. The 5.9 ZJ came along and had to have it. 1 year only for any 5.9 in any Jeep. Now the only other option...

    A guy in town had a Crown conversion. A 327 in the back seat. I don't think the trans axle could take the power. It did scat when he got on it but he didn't abuse it.

    I used to trade with my Lil Sister to get her Pinto for the night just because it was a kick to drive. We had to be very stealthy about the trade because my Dad knew what my Ranchero was capable of :lol:

    It's a stock block , Bloomer headed 421" SBM and a 727 Specialist TF904. 5.84 @ 116 in the 8th and 9.29 @ 140 in the 1/4.
