    Head bolts

Does anyone have a source for stock style head bolts? For a restoration build. I am not looking for ARP, I would like a stock style bolt with 3/4 inch hex head.

    72 340 disassemble

Finally started to disassemble the original 340 from my 72 Demon. I got the car back in 1985, I’m sure the engine has never been apart. Block is a early 71 casting date. Even stranger, the bearings are dated 11-69. It’s a forged crank engine, came with 915 J casting heads with 1.88 intake...

    Mopar P4876796AB Race Block

Anyone familiar with the Mopar P4876796AB Race block. I was going to use a stock 360 block to make a 650+ HP 410 stroker, but have been considering a race block instead. I already have a K1 360 main 4" stroke crank, SCAT H-beams, and Wiseco .040 dome pistons. This seems to be one of the only...

Best Rockers for Indy 360 heads

I have a set of Indy 360-2 heads set up for solid roller(269/276 .698/.698). I've read not to use the Indy rockers with higher spring pressures. Any opinions on the T&D or Harland Sharp rockers? I only want to buy once and not have to worry about it. Customer Service is always a big plus also.

How much HP can a 77 360 block handle?

I'm putting togather a 410ci stroker using a 77 360 block & was curious what kind of HP the block can handle? Is a partial fill of hard block worth doing? Any experiance or thoughts on the matter?

    410 finally coming togather!

Well after a few set backs, the 410 for my 73 Dart Sport is finally coming togather. I ran into a small issue tonight, one rod bolt touched the Moroso oil pump pickup right where it screws into the pump. Some slight grinding and it cleared perfect. I need to check PTV clearance and then do a...

Degreeing the cam in my 410 build!

I finally got the 410 short block put togather for my Dart Sprot bracket racer. I degreed the cam in today. After the 4th try I got it. Comp says 106 installed centerline, I came up with 105.5 in the 4A positon.

    Bushing lifter holes?

So if all of the lifter holes were bushed, would you have to do any other oiling mods to run a solid roller in a 360 block?? How would the lifter get any oil then? Just run back oil?

    Solid Roller Lifter Question

I'm putting togather a 410" SBM with a Comp Solid roller cam and Comp 828-16 solid roller lifters. My question is, do the link bars have to be down facing the block?? or can they be run flipped with the link bars facing upward?? Facing down is going to require some grinding!! Any help...

I started to assemble my 410" today!

I notched the lower cylinder walls for clearance, installed the cam bearings, and checked the cam for proper fit. Now its time to drop the crank in and check the clearances, and then its time to start file fitting rings!:love10:

Got my new intake for my 410 Build!

I decided to not use my M1 single plane off of my old 340 and go with the new Edelbrock Super Victor for the new 410 build. This thing looks awsome. I can't wait to get the old Dart back on the track!
