Working on 68 dart 340 GTS. When installed the Napa 103228X the chain had at least a 1/4" play on both sides. I'm sure this Is not right. The motor is a 340 block dated 68. I need the correct timing chain. Can anyone help me with the right timing chain number?

Getting close to starting my grandsons 340, the engine has been rebuilt and we got Royal Purple break-in oil for the start. My question is how long do you run the break-in oil after the initial start time? Do you run it on the street for a time or change it after the cam break-in? Thanks ron

My 540 has Indy Max Wedge Heads and intake with a 1050 Dominator. The Dominator does not have a port for the vacuum to the PVC. Was wondering if I could add a port to the 1" spacer plate between the carb and intake? Or other options? Thanks Ron

Can someone share their pic's of the shut-off switch with the linkage. I have a Flaming Rivers Switch and bracket but no linkage. I should be able to make the linkage but I'm unsure of the placement in the trunk of my 68 Dart. My battery is on the right side in the trunk.Thanks Ron

What is the brake fluid are you using? Dot 3,4 or Dot 5. I read somewhere not to use Dot 5 for performance cars. My car will see 90% road and the rest at the track.
