Awesome! I took my ac out in high school when I rebuilt my engine and haven’t put it back in. As I get older having 10 extra HP doesn’t seem to justify sweating all the time . How hard was it stuffing that big block in an A body?

I’ve always been curious what would be the best combo with a similar to FAST spirit. As in I have a 72. Run 68-70 manifolds. Then whatever year has best intake, whatever year has best carb, etc.. It’s not all year correct but is factory stuff and to the undiscerning, not noticeable. Of course...

I’ve raced at 2 tracks and never been called on no overflow. KCIR and heartland in Topeka. I’ll bring a bottle and zip ties just in case. I’m on street tires and steel wheels. I doubt I’ll get much flack.

I have emailed and sent them a Facebook message and so far no response.

I am going Wednesday the 15th. I will email them and see what they say.

Ok good to know. I’m guessing by now I’m probably 300ish hp. Never any wheel hop in any street action. Not sure if that will be changing on a prepped track. We will see.

Yeah would be cool but just not in the cards right now unfortunately.

Springs are less than 2 years old. I’m running the Espo set. I’ve never gotten wheel hop on the street. Have a pinion snubber if that helps at all.

Haven’t had my car at the track since 2007. Back then it was basic rebuild 318 with 2.76 gears manifolds, and ran 15.2s. Zero traction issues. Today it’s still the 318 but with ported and bigger valve 302 heads and headers, same .480 lift cam, 2800 stall, and 3.92s. I imagine traction may be a...

Glad to hear it's running and you figured out the melting cam sensors. So what is the plan on preventing that in the future? Also totally wild that someone would put a tracker on your car!

I believe 1018 is October 2018. Prior owner bought them new, ran them once then dismounted and put them in finished basement. I’ve had them in my garage about a month, realized I’m probably not gonna have time to mess with my car anytime soon, so I’d rather send them out.

Have some M&H Racemaster drag radials up for grabs. 235/60R15. They were ran once on the track and gripped too much for his converter and gears. I bought them off him but am not going to get around to using them. Always stored inside. Super clean. Still have the nibs on them. Asking $325 obo...
