This is getting comical now. Apparently I’ve introduced an electrical gremlin cause now my oil pressure lead isn’t working. Swapped out the back pressure sensor and it looks better.

I just hooked my back pressure lead to my oil pressure sensor and it works as it should. I’m swapping out this sensor for a spare I have on hand.

So calibration and scaling did change between firmware 1.5 and 1.6 on the MS but I think I'm just dealing with a faulty sensor. I use the same sensor for oil pressure and fuel pressure and they are all calibrated the same. I did update them to the new 1.6 settings and oil and fuel give the same...

It’s a Low Doller 0-100psi. If it’s calibrated wrong than all my previous readings are bunk also

It’s so tempting and would be sooo much easier! I tried to mock something up that would go down and snake its way past the k frame and towards the rear but just too much crap in the way. I just got some stainless 2”. I’m going to merge it into the downpipe. I know, boring.

The coil brackets I CAD’d and sent out to be cut interfered with the push in filters so had to rethink that. So I had bungs TIG’d in the valve covers. I’ll route from the valve cover to the catch can now.

Started it up for first time in a while. I still need to fab the waste gate dump.

Probably still more expensive than a 5-axis CNC machine and definitely less consistent.

Oh it can totally be tuned out. It’s just so minor I haven’t paid much attention to it. And it’s actually its own table that sits on top of the VE table and adds/subtracts from the main VE.

Check the basics before you tidy up the wiring. Make sure injectors and coils are wired in the correct order with correct outputs. Use the test feature in TunerStudio to confirm. If that looks good, run the tooth logger and make sure your crank and cam sensors look stable. Check timing also and...

Walker is the manufacturer and the part numbers are in that pic of yours. But not sure if those fit factory manifolds. I used Walkers for Magnum manifolds.

Nice build! Judging by those exhaust housings it looks like the smaller GT35 turbos which I would think would spool pretty quick on a 383ci.

Just sent these off to be cut. I made them to bolt to the Magnum valve covers using long spacers but could be adapted to LA easily. Just a simple 1/8” aluminum plate with holes to mount the D585 coils using 1/2” standoffs. Hopefully they fit OK.

Got the biggest chunk of the downpipe fabbed and tacked together. Placement turned out really well. Not sure how or where I’m going to dump the exhaust. 4” exhaust anywhere under the car is tight.

Are you guys with the VS 7875 running an oil restrictor? The old eBay 7875 had one on it and I never had any issues and I have a fat return line but I’m reading conflicting info about the VS turbos. I have a stock volume oil pump. @turbovan ?
