HELP NEEDED WITH A DASH FRAME INSTALLATION

mine is the same, been out about 4 years. The dash is pretty flimsy,I think being unbolted for so long laying on a shelf it relaxes and gets out of shape. JMHO.

    Borgeson or Firm Feel steering?

I was doing a track day on a 9 turn 2.5 mile road course with I think 15min sessions. The fluid got hot and did not not vent enough out of the cap, built pressure and blew the top off the pump. Not the best at a hair pin turn at the end of a 1/2 mile straightaway. I changed to a type 2 style...

I’m running a six pack on my 70 4-speed Dart using the standard 340 throttle cable. Working fine since 1982…..for what that’s worth!

    Engine Assembly Question

I hope you haven’t purchased push rods yet. If you have and you need to correct your geometry it’s a great bet they will be too short.

Thanks. I agree I just need to take it apart and see what it is. With the amount of nuts that fell out when the manifolds were removed I’m a little nervous about what I’ll find lol

    Engine Assembly Question

Haha of course!! A little paint and who really notices headers anymore Just like a 408 can look like a 273. Mine won’t but I like the idea. Years when I raced AMCs. My Indy headed 390 made 660hp but had a stock-ish look. The racy parts were painted… Now if only the small block heads...
