Beware of New lifters as they are junk these days. Have your factory ones resurfaced if possible. Not much money to have done. Welcome to the site and enjoy. Lots of helpful members here.

67 Barracuda Front Shocks - Reducing amount of bounce

A thicker diameter sway bar also reduces some body roll but probably not the issue.

Finally my first A body in the collection

I saw that car on Marketplace, even contemplated buying it. Nice catch bud, and welcome to the wonderful world of FABO and A bodies. I’m down in Pinckney, not so far from you! Glad to have you among us!

Is there a way to evacuate air from a slant six cooling system?

cruiser What you describe is pretty normal. I wouldn't worry about it. I also do as stated in post #2. Not critical, but does make it easier to purge any trapped air on the first fill.

    The need for motivation.

I would have to to make it roll.lol It was usually kept inside but I probably has some side work inside to get more $$$. Took 8 years to do because I didn't take money from my pay. My Ragtop took only 2 years because I sold my Harley :( . But I feel it was worth it.

Stop in for a cup of coffee

Well good morning to all y’all. Note to self, one should always use a glass when drinking wine. And man those bottles sure are tiny. My culinary experiment went very well last night. Apologies @Petty Betty for not keeping up! The cooking was complex so perhaps I started a bit early and too fast...

    Weather Stripping 69 Dart

It looks like your Dart has no AC or heater controls. If that is correct you maybe able to access the old speaker easier than 99% of dart owners. Just remove the facade around the radio and look at your access.

67 Barracuda Front Shocks - Reducing amount of bounce

The first question is, what shocks are you currently running and do the physically look good? The second question is, have you pulled either of the shocks and checked how they feel as you extend and collapse them? And, you may have too light torsion bars.

Pretty sure the step (Smaller diameter) goes toward the front of the car.

    Weather Stripping 69 Dart

You won't have to buy the second item on your list, (It's for a convertible) & the last item is for a 2-door coupe, you need 4 door sedan weatherstripping. Remember, 4 door weatherstrip is different than 2-door. Have a GOOD PRO GLASS guy do the windshield weatherstripping, it is not an easy job...
