Butters "Winter Upgrades". . Starting a Little Early

I like the closer location myself. Even more so if it was a stick car so it is easier to heal and toe, not that I have ever figure out how to do that well. For as long as I have driven, I have been a 2 foot driver. Even in automatic cars. Just feels more natural to me. Not sure if my Dad...

Lightweight flywheel options and selection criteria.

I wouldn't use an aluminum wheel on the street. If you want light weight steel: FLYWHEEL 10.5" 6-BOLT V8-RAM-LIGHTWEIGHT 130 T - Mopar A833 4-Speed Transmission & Component Specialists Flywheels store energy. Lighter wheels will allow the engine RPM to pull down easier when you start to engage...

    67 non-rally bezel

Ahhh, gotcha! Bezel was with car when we got it. It's been restored, I assume it's factory? Car is high trim grade car. I agree it is a nice touch. Pretty hard to improve on oem in this case. Altho I have installed Autometer triple gauge set. Thanks.

    Don’t Do This

I've seen stuff exactly like that and always scratch my head, because there's always a better way to do it. I think people try real hard to screw up sometimes.

Finally get to pretend I am one of the cool kids - Holley kit swap

 I should have said that differently. Let me better explain. The motor I am working with in the car is a core I am using as a mockup. The "good" motor (that is also a core) is on a stand and will get pulled down for a hone and rings assuming the rust in the bore doesn't require an...

Trying to use a stock Air Cleaner 2 Barrel and convert it to a 4 Barrel.

Mancini sells a drop base that fits a standard 13 inch Chrysler filter. I am not sure what size filter your lid fits.

Definitely enough pressure there for blasting. Have saw a water jet saw cut man doors out of hollow core concrete panels. What a beautiful job they do

What is a good stall to go with a 3:23 Sure Grip?

So it seems clear that I am swapping out to get better/higher gearing. I will replace the entire 3rd member instead of trying to change the actual ring/pion etc as i have read this is more difficult than my skills can handle. What are the recommends for manufacturers of these replacements? Who...

Nice Car! I would send your speedo out and have it repaired. You can do it. @billccm used to go over factory AM / FM radios. He is very good if he still does them. Nothing like a good 4 speed and Hurst Shifter.
