    Rim and tire fitment question

Pics when you get a chance. Mine has stiff springs in the rear so no rub. with softer springs I might have to trim the lip as well.

    Wheel Vintiques Steel Wheels ?s

...the max on our cars without tubbing or rolling the lip. 7" is more for Dusters and Dart Sports I think. Others may have had a different outcome. Just my 2 cents. I sell my used 15x6's BBP for $70 but you would need to blast and repaint so I think $110 is fair. Nice car. Hope you get it worked...

    Front Tire 69 Barracuda

69 Barracuda with factory drum brakes. Going to be putting on a 15x6 front wheel on it with 4" backspacing. Seems 215/65R15 is the popular size. Has anyone tried a 205/70R15? Any issues? How much room do you guys with 215/65 have? Tires are pretty close to one another 26" diameter and 8.5"...

    73+ disc brake backspacing

...I ran 225/60/15’s on 15x7’s with 4.25” of backspace on my ‘74 Duster with the 73+ disk brakes, that worked fine. The equivalent backspace on a 15x6 would only be 3.75”, that would put the centerline of the wheel in the same place as a 15x7 with 4.25” of backspace. But I assume you’re talking...

    Dartin for Divorce

...All of the front faces are about as clean as I'm going to get them. Fun fact- one of these wheels, which I'm assuming was the spare, is a 15x6 not a 15x7 I think I have decided I'm just going to do the 11in brakes. Save a little money from having to get 11.75 rotors and the caliper...

    67 barracuda 275 60 15

I use this link to figure tire size. Tire Size Calculator The 215/70-14 tires are 25.9" diameter and 8.5" wide The 235/60-14 tires are 25.1" diameter and 9.3" wide The 205/70-15 tires I ran were 26.3" diameter and 8.1" wide. Being your using a 14" wheel I would think the 235/60-14 tire would...

    M/T Sportsman Fronts

Since no other input, if any lurkers are wondering how these measure up: Went ahead and picked up a set of 26" fronts. Mounted on Keystone 15x6 rims. Specs for tires show they will fit up to 6.5" rims. I had to use the starter fluid method to get the beads to seat. Inflated to 40psi. Hear are...
