I have 15x6 with 215/60r15 on the front. I am thinking of going to 205/65r15 .

My 66 has SBP Wheel Vintiques front and rear. 15x7 rear with 245/60-15, and 15x6 front with 215.65-15, all Cooper Cobras. They fit easy-peasy with no binding or rubbing anywhere. I'm still running the factory 7.25 and 9" drums all around.

195/60-15 front 235/60-15 rear 15X6 Cragar wheels I've since lowered the rear about 4" at the rear bumper by using a lowering bracket on the front leaf springs. No clearance issues.

They should fit nicely but I don't have a Barracuda. Those would bolt right on my 66 Dart. 7" wide with a 4"backspace is perfect. Let's see, who runs a early Barracuda with aftermarket wheels?

Did you go with the steelies? I am looking to put the same ones on a 65’ Barracuda in the rear. I have 14” 4.5 for the front.

...barracuda you will probably be okay. but i know it'll be tight. i know it's not apples to apples, but i have a 65 dart with 73+ stuff and 15X6 with the 3.5BS (the same as earlier mentioned) and while it's got 205's on it, they're "cheater" 205's and it is very close with the ride height i have.

I have located (4) Wheel Vintiques 61 Series Chrysler Rallye Silver Wheels 61-565404. These are 15x6, 5x4 BP, 4.0 BS. Can anyone tell be what aftermarket trim rings fit this wheel without trimming? Most I have seen are specifically for 15x6.5/15x7 wheels and require trimming. Thanks!

Can you take a picture from the front to see the width in the wheel well?

If you are not looking for a wider tire you can go with a 205/70/15, had those up front with 15x6 wheels and 275/60/15 with 15x8s in the rear.

With big bolt pattern spindles I run a 15x6 with 205 70 tire 4.5 back space (didn’t like that widened track width) and a rear 255 60 15 tire, when I got the car it had 15x7 with 4 in bs 225 60 15. I installed 235 60 15s it will fit but it’s tight. To be honest I wouldn’t run a 60 series tire up...
