Replacement 68 340 four speed cams

Pretty funny. RRRs' 340 in Pettys, favorite NASCAR body and you guys can't believe it... When I lived in South Dakota, I'd take my 64 Barracuda 273, 4 speed car out into the country and wind it up to 140 mph every month. I did nor run recaps. The odometer was within a couple miles after 200...

    1972 Plymouth Scamp Winter Project

Think I would prefer to go this route vice leading the joint like the factory did. As long as it stays put I would be good with it.

Stop in for a cup of coffee

On a serious note a quick prayer request. As some of you know Jodis Sister is terminally ill. No happy ending or recovery options, simply a matter of time. Jodi flew out this week to help with yet another surgery. Surgery went well but they took so much material out they cannot close the wound...

    Mopar R1 block

Don’t bother, the 2 blot caps are fine. I made over an honest 700 horse with an X block and W5 heads with zero issues. 4 bolt caps are way overrated.

    Mopar R1 block

Have never heard of an X block going further out than 4.125, and that is super pushing it. I had one at 4.100. Some of them won’t go anywhere near that even, without getting thin.

    Are dart sports mostly gone

Yep, i got on the duster train in 2018, was about to import and covid hit. I then had to take what i could get here in 2020 when my importer contacted me he found one here that was still in the container, 12k australian for a california 318 74 with some dubious repairs and paint like powder. Now...

Valiant panel wagon or delivery sedan 1962

Hi I,m a moparfan from Sweden. My main interest is the 1960-62 Valiant and the 1961-62 Dodge Lancer. Now I'm looking for pictures and information about a Valiant model that was built in 1962 by Creative Industries and/or Amblewagon for, among others, Michigan Consolidated gas Company and Bell...

    1972 Valiant Sedan Value

Let's recap.. Guy buys a car less than 6 months ago, does a little here and a little there.. rips a bunch of **** apart then wants a fair evaluation of what it's worth. The major components of value to the masses are: 8.75 AXLE, KELSEY HAYS BRAKES AND MAYBE THE /6.. Unless someone just had to...

I checked my cameras at home. It appears I have about 6 inches as well. But the camera does add 5 pounds so I'm told.

Magazine cars. How many on the forum?

That's about what happened to me. 66 Barracuda with a 170 slant six, nitrous fogger system, and a 64 Valiant PB shifter in a console between the bucket seats.

That’s the best joke I heard all morning 6” hits the spot. It’s deep enough to play in. My head is in a cloud this morning from congestion so I’m a little slow on the uptake.

How much improvement will I see?

I would change the shocks first, then sort out how the car launches. The car has the capacity to really stick the tire with the power your are throwing at it. You could end up needing more flash rpm to get the most out of your combo. There is nothing in your combo that makes traction hard to...

[FOR SALE] A body 8.25 rear end

Have a decent 27 spline A body 8.25. Gear ratio unknown. I started to clean it up, got the housing and most of the tubes cleaned up and painted. None of the seals leak and the gears inside looks clean and nice. I also have a nice set of new NOS 3.55 gears that will come with the rear end...
