    Need ideas on 68 Barracuda..

I am going to send him to driving school. Whether it is a honda civic or a hotrod if he is going to try to go fast when I am not around I think he will do it regardless. Atleast the Barracuda will have the stopping power, roll cage, etc., to protect him if he makes a mistake.

    New to Mopar here..

At this point I am going to restore the car. Going with a new style K member and 3 link for the rear. Thinking about upgrading the interior with all new gauges. My buddy is going to hunt for a wrecked SRT8 for me and we plan to do a transplant. I think that would be a cool first car for my son.

    Need ideas on 68 Barracuda..

You think that's too much? I dont plan on it making more than 450 at the wheels. I will have him go through several driving courses b4 he actually drives the car. I know kids will be kids, but locally I have noticed the ones that hurt themselves are given high powered cars w/out any training...

    Need ideas on 68 Barracuda..

I am going to restore it for my son, but I want to upgrade with new stuff. Like 6.1L hemi, road race suspension, upgraded dash with my own gauges, new interior, and mini tub for some 17x12 wheels. Anyone done anything similar? If so, do you have pictures?

    New to Mopar here..

I went thru all the seats and the glove box could not find the broadcast sheet. I forgot to bring my camera to take the picture of the VIN location. If you are sitting in the car and you open the driver door and look through the crack the VIN is right there. Not on the door, but on the...

    New to Mopar here..

Fender tag is gone. You can tell the car was repaired from an accident. I will take a picture of the VIN on the car. I will also check the trunk as well.

    New to Mopar here..

I will check those tomorrow. I really appreciate the help. If it is a clone I am going to put a 6.1L Hemi in it and use the entire wiring harness out of a late model. If it is actually a Formula S I am going to stay with the 383.

Where exactly on the radiator support. I looked at it today and did not see any #'s. I was told the build sheet in under the rear seat, but when I pulled it up I did not find any build sheet on the floor of the car when I removed the sheet. I agree something is "Fishy" going on here....

    New to Mopar here..

My buddy was thinking the same thing since the car rolled off the line 94426th.. Seems someone went through a whole lot of trouble to make it a Formula S. Front disc brakes, hood, and badges..

    New to Mopar here..

My dad purchased a 67 Barracuda back in the early 90's. He started to work on it, but due to poor health it ended up sitting. He gave the car to me and my plan is to restore it and give it to my son when he turns 16. When my dad purchased the car the internet was not as popular. He was told...
