on a small block. Don't want or need the offset mount. I have the diffuser plate and the nipple, but there is still a large gap between the block and the plate, even with the gasget. Am I missing something obvious?

Does anyone know when this new siamese small block is making it's appearance? Supposed to be a repro with thick walls.

Well after installing custom pushrods, and adjusting valve lash, I find out that clearance must be ground into the intake manifold rail for the int. pushrods. For some reason Chrysler saw fit to skip this. So off with the heads, and dismantle and mill.
