I use a 750 on my 360 and have had very good results with it, it all depends on how well you tune it to your combo( jets,power valve etc)

I use a p4452992 purple shaft which is 280/.474,238 @.050" and p4120249 springs in my 360,it works well with a 2400 rpm convertor and a 3.91 gear, I have ran this combo for a few years now with little driveability issues and a decent idle.

I recently did the same swap and the only thing I had to modify was the bracket that bolted to the bellhousing for the bell crank pivot, I also did not use a kickdown linkage , but used a cable setup instead, hope this helps.

I bought a 75 Swinger from the original owner that had white seats, door panels,but the rest of the interior was black, if that helps.... also my first post!
