The only problem with that is that the brown wire will be hot when turning the starter, and then engine wont start until you move the key back to the run position, so it will be tricky to start. at least to my understanding that would be the consequence.

I had that happen to me in the middle of a busy intersection once, ended up being a overheated coil. once i replaced it, i haven't had that problem since. you can usually let it cool off or keeping a spare helps.

well i found my power problem, somewhere I read to put the two wires on the ammeter on the same post so there would be less current loss or something through my interior, well turns out those to connections were sparking and the wires are actually melted together now, i took the nut holding them...
