biggest tire size for A-body plymouth/valiant

I have 255/60/15 on rear of my 63. At the time I installed, I felt this was widest I could go without rubbing inside inner fender on suspension travel. This is with disc brake conversion and offset shackles. Weld Racing rims but don't know offset.

Scat procar seats ? Anyone running them?

Lol, standard seats may be better. The bolsters on mine squeeze a bit but the seat length is also a bit short for me as i like more support under the leg. They are good, i dont plan to change them. I am not super Mario but of more standard dimensions.

Scat procar seats ? Anyone running them?

I have scat procar in my 63. I used the universal mount and fabricated/welded the perches to fit original holes in floor and get the right height and fore/aft location. All perches are different height. I find the seats good quality and comfortable but a bit small. If you can, try out the seats.

    Procar seat brackets

I have procar in my 63 valiant. I used the universal mount and fit and welded up the perches to match the original holes. Also allows you to get the heights, slopes and legroom where you want them. Lots of fiddling around though.

    1963 Valiant

We sliced the firewall just below the wiper bolts and modified the wall and rewelded and refinished. Of course, at the time, we didn't know we had to do this so the engine bay had been painted. A couple of after pics included.

    1963 Valiant

A V8 will fit. You need to modify the firewall by the distributor and wiper motor area. IIRC will need a V8 steering link too. Can keep original K member but new motor mounts. Header selection is limited and tight fit. Now, I have heard others have cut out a section of a donor 64 firewall and...

Toyota moving to "subscription" key fobs

Its the recurring revenue model and is good for the bottom line and company value. Software companies have been doing it for years and now the software and cloud has moved to your car. Tesla is good at it. Some manufactures tried their subscription model for buying cars and most have failed...

    EFI information

If I was to buy today it would not be the fitech. I had it on my 408 for about 3 yrs and I was a big proponent of it. Worked good when it worked but not reliable enough. Left me stranded 3 times, the last being a 100km flatbed home. Switched back to carb.

WATCH FOR COPS AROUND N IDAHO!!!!

Same thing happened to me. I was on my way to Edmonton a while back up highway 2 and come to the back of a long line of cars in right hand lane of two lane divided all pegged at 110 kph limit. I begin to pass reasonably and make my way to the front (about mile long). At front of the line is an...

    We'll, this sucks!

I hear ya, but I cant wait that long. I live rural so as soon as the winter gravel is off the highways, we are good to go. Having said that, we often get snow on may long weekend so we don't go far!

    header on a 63-64 dart

I have TTI in my 63 valiant with stroked 360. Not sure if valiant and dart have same header space issues. They are still a tight fit. Torsion bar runs through one of them. No power steering or power brakes but do have mini starter.

    Tattoos

until the wrinkles set in. My wife owns a laser clinic and can remove most tattoos. Or lighten them so a better one can go in its place. Just takes time and a little money and a bit of pain (sometimes)

    VIRUS HITTING CLOSE TO HOME

I don't believe it is airborne. Has to make contact with you. Airborne refers to transmission through the air and just being in the room or HVAC or airplane. Legionaires is airborne. Covid had to have contact - that's why they are recommending 6 ft spacing.

    VIRUS HITTING CLOSE TO HOME

Yeah, I don't understand this reasoning. John Hopkins reporting 491000 confirmed and 22000 deaths. that's 4.5%. even if we assume another million or so not confirmed, would the ratio if deaths not be the same (unless the ones not confirmed are all mostly mild - and that not likely)
