I am trying to order new 3.73 gears for my 67 Cuda, which has a 8.75 741 case. I continue to see two different carrier bearing kits; one part number is LM104912/49 and the other is 25520/90. Does anyone know the difference?

This has probably already been discussed and if so, I apologize. I have a 340 block that I am wanting to rebuild, already .030. One of the cylinders is too rough for .040, but .060 will clean them all nice and straight. Is .060 on a 72 340 block too much?

Hey thanks a lot, it worked perfect. I did use a brass punch and it came right off. It was a little tight and tricky but better than dropping the tank. I was afraid I'd end up buying a new strap and bolts and who knows what else.

Dumb question but can the fuel sending unit be changed without dropping the fuel tank? It looks like the rear end may be too close, I just didn't wan to get into a can of worms. I grounded the sending wire and the gauge works fine, I also cleaned up and replaced the ground strap around the...
