    ign lock cylender removal

    I'm fixing to buy a 70 dart and the guy has lost the keys to the car. He said the steering wheel is locked so I will have to replace the key cylender to move the car. How hard is it to replace it without the key and what all do i need to do to get it out? I know nothing about mopars this is...
