    [SOLD] 68 BARRACUDA GILLS

I have held onto these for many years but never got the car to mount them on. These gills are in exceptional condition, with a little of the black paint flaking. One gill has ten bubbles on the end that are about the size of a pinprick. Hardly noticeable once mounted on a car. Parts are in...

I have a very nice set of gills that I would like to install on my barracuda fastback, but have no spears. I have a seen a couple of sets on original cars and the clips have broken or rusted through and the owners have driven phillips head screws through them to keep them falling off. It is...

    Another 69 383S this one in B7/B5

Gerald I was mesmerized by the pics of of your restoration. When I built my 69 fastback, i lowered the 340 in from the top. I could not tell from your pics, but how did you get the front of the car angled up so high to get the K-member and 383 in from the bottom? I had thought that it could...

    carpet installation question

Finishing up the carpet installation on my 69 cuda. On the door sill area, does the carpet lap over the pinch weld or do you lop it off even with the top of the pinch weld? There was no carpet in my car when I bought it so I have no way of knowing. Did not want to booger up my aluminum sill...

    1969 barracuda body stripes

About 2 months ago I applied a set of red 3M factory style body stripes to my barracuda. The drivers door was not fully latching at that time, but I foolishly applied the stripes anyway making sure they aligned horizontally. So last night I adjusted the door where it closes properly, and you...

Clutch pedal sticks in down position

Yes, it is a diaphragm style. When I bought the car it had a lever style clutch in it and it took tremendous foot pedal pressure to hold it to the floor. This despite the fact the "override?" spring is positioned where it assists holding the pedal down. I will probably remove the spring...

Smalls needed to finish 69 barracuda

3 things needed 1) 2 small emblems or medallions, chrome, which attach to 69 deluxe interior seat backs (see photo) 2) screw set for securing the headlight buckets(see photo) inside the grill. (i have tried conventional thread screws and they won't start in the factory cage nuts) 3) clips to...

Clutch pedal sticks in down position

Never dealt with a problem like this before - restored a 318 barracuda where the previous owner had put some type of racing clutch in it. It took incredible foot force to depress the clutch pedal down. I replaced the clutch with an OEM style standard duty clutch. I also put new bushings in...
