    Stock rods, better bolts, how much hp ?

    These powdered metal rods "look" shot peened, from the factory, I doubt they are. Seems like these would favor removing sharp edges, polishing and shot peening ? ARP 2000 bolts go in without need of resizing rods, by benefit of fractured caps. Discussion ? Thanks, ateam.:coffee2:

    Comanche Heads ?

    I just recieved a set. Dealer says they're "new", heads says "Remanufactured", WTF/wheres the fun ? Either way, you get to pay $150 ea., pita core charge. Reportedly, these flow 352 cfm @ .6" int.,stone stock. What needs help is the exhaust side. Valves are big, 2.140/1.655". Anyone worked on...

    6.1L hemi with 8-71 on methanol

    T-axle in "a" body ?

    Anyone done or considered ? This could be good for weight distribution, ratios available and serious corner burning. Of course, not likely mopar of origin, but what if ? Rigid torque tube between engingine and t-axle will increase beam and torsion strength in the unit body. ateam:burnout:

    On the inlet side ? "Jet" blower wants to run at about 150F for seal life. I'm thinkin, pre-injection, should cool the blower and the inlet air. Anybody ? Up-date, Accel has injectors, E85 compatible of 96,120 and 160 lbs/hr. Now I need (2) 2bbl tbi's that will take these. ateam :scratch:

    Ok, since I have "blower" pistons,(CP), why not a blower ? And while it's still apart, why not upgrade to 6.1 rods and crank, since I have them ? I figure 8 psi. as about max.
