I talked to a painter today.He said it looked like somebody taped them up and then painted He said it would have to be repained into whole quarter panel to make it look Now i'm wondering if I Find the right Size numbers again And just put them back on Or figure out a way just to paint them

This is the two that they offered a two bolt And the other one. I have the two bolt like is pictured... Has the correct part number stamped on it

This is what the ad said HURST MOPAR A Body 7926 Original OEM 4 Speed Bench Seat Duster / Dart Used... And I verified with another post.That is the correct part number for the bench seat that year.... But I agree something is not right

It still almost looks like they sunk in the clear coat

Maybe anyone can answer, but my question is I have a 73 Plymouth duster with a bench seat factory 4 speed. I've spent a lot of time trying to locate the factory shifter handle which I have. I was just wondering it seems like the shifter handle is close to the Steering wheel or the driver side...

Thanks for the quick replies.It kind of feels like maybe the stickers were put on before the clear coat had dried.I'm not sure. I don't even know if that is possible.. But then again, it kind of feels just like build up around the old numbers.It's not a whole sticker but he said that is on there...

I'm in the process Of redoing the 340 on the quarter panel on my duster Remove the vinyl numbers which was easy , but there is A ridge around the parameter of Where the numbers used to be.I can't get rid of it. Tried three m Adhesive. remover... I tried goofoff adhesive remover, Also tried...

OK ty I got the one for a bench seat.

I have a hurst 4 speed shifter handle and knob that came off of my 73 duster.it is the two bolt in style.. has the #4105 on the handle. 100.00 plus shipping.
