Whenever I take the Cuda to the track after a long layoff, I will make an 1/8 mile pass. If everything feels right, I will run to the 1000' mark - if it's all good after that I make a full pass. I don't like a full hard pass right off the bat....

I will take a swing at it too: Depending on traction and Scott's ability to shift gears, :poke: , I will say he will run in the 11:20's on his first day at the track. C'mon y'all - take a stab at it.....

I didn't build it to be super fast, I built it to be a reliable street cruiser that can cruise around on hot summer days without overheating and still run decent. The street torque converter pretty much restricts the 1/4 mile E.T. I am impatiently awaiting your report from the track on your...

Just like it sits, mine will run, depending on the air, 9.4xx a tick over 140 mph in the 1/4 mile. That's N/A. If I spray it, it runs 8:4xx at about 160, but I removed all the spray stuff and put it in the basement. I am old and don't like driving that fast anymore....

For a test and tune evening, a lot of tracks won't enforce strict rules unless you are running way too fast for what the car is set up to run. That said, I would guess that a good helmet and let her rip. You won't really know what else is needed until you get some time slips. Either way, I know...

Hey Scott, I was wondering if you are planning on taking her to the dragstrip just to play with it and let her stretch her legs a little bit without the worry of traffic and cops? If so, I would like to see some guesses about what she will run.....

Scott. I am using the push in breathers on mine and they work great. I am using the K&N washable ones. Pop them out and clean them every once in a while and keep going.

Scott, I will text you some pics of my exhaust. 3" ceramic coated. I run full exhaust all the way out, including the correct TTi chrome tips for that car. My exhaust has several header flanges along the way which makes for quick and easy exhaust removal for a track day.

I have braided steel lines on my master cylinder. I have never had to move my MC to remove the spark plug or valve cover though.
