    It works totally fine. Same setup I used when it was a 340. The only difference is I had to move the lower bearing back 1” to clear the valve covers.

    Yeah, it is pretty old. The same welded shock towers. Interesting! I will see about reinforcing that area. never ends. Don’t think this car will ever run again. I am using the Mopar kit with the Sound German transmission kit.

    No, I think people are putting the engines in different position based on what aftermarket parts they have and what is easiest. I could have used the truck rear sump oil pan and put the engine 3” forward. Would have made fitment easier.

    Does anyone know why the Holley discontinued making the gen 3 BlackHeart headers? Do they suck? Because they look amazing. I initially tried to fit the B/E body headers in my Barracuda but no go. Just because of the steering shaft.
