Have a 73 slant six automatic and I do not like Holley Carbs. You can try to convince me but after several tries with them I am done. I love Edelbrock but, they don't make one for a Slant six? Anyway, what are my options for interchange? I don't have the bux to go to a 4 barrel set-up...

73 automatic. Needs a few little things but, new interior is in and lil engine is new too...I drive it every day 40 miles to work with no issues ever.:coffee2:

I have looked for years..never found one. Might do best to buy a used one and clean it up with bleach and so on. You can find a new cap but, that isn't much help. As long as your used one is not brittle from heat it should clean up pretty good.

I saw those on ebay..not the same unit. I am thinking it would be cool to put in my Dart for car shows. Would be a conversation piece and I do not like the fancy Sony C/D player in my Dart anyway.

Ok, After I test it I will decide what to do next. I checked on Ebay and there are none so I am guessing it is a pretty rare item. I have not found even a picture on the internet either.

Yes, switched power at all times when the ignition is on. Cable is throttle and mech linkage is the kickdown.

The 1481 Bracket is for the linkage so you can hook up your kickdown etc..once you look at it it explins itself, easy stuff. Choke has a ground and hot wire to a switched source. I scabbed mine off the alt wire at the loom. Or you can go off the ballast resister too. Cut off that bailing...
