Well, that sucks. I was hoping from the title that it would be up for sale. Have fun! I've thought about doing one of those for a long time.

    73-76 Dart/Duster Sail Panel conversion

I don't know the answer to your question, but I believe I have extra sail panels for a 1973 Dart Sport if you think they fit.

    Best electric cutouts?

Not really sure I want to go used, but how much do you want for them?

    Best electric cutouts?

That wasn't my question. I have three inch exhaust, H pipe going through Flowmaster 40's. I want to open it up when I want. Speed of opening doesn't matter.

    Best electric cutouts?

I asked this question years ago and never pulled the trigger. DMH was supposed to be good at the time, but they are apparently out of business or just not answering calls or emails. The new motor is going in on Sunday and I'm thinking I'm going to pull the trigger on the cutouts. I probably...

Anyone make reusable valve cover gaskets?

I've always used the black ones with GM baker sealer. I never had any leaks, but they sure weren't reusable. I ordered the Moroso. I'll see how they work. Modern transmission pans come with a steel frame with a print seal gasket in it and are reusable. That's what I was looking for.

Anyone make reusable valve cover gaskets?

I looked in their site and they only listed had gaskets.

Anyone make reusable valve cover gaskets?

The last ten years I had hydraulic rollers and still had to adjust them at least once if not twice a year. I could hear valves floating at about 6000 rpm so I decided to try solid rollers this time. I'll have to see if it makes a difference.

Anyone make reusable valve cover gaskets?

Looked at Cometic and they only have head gaskets. I never thought of Moroso, which is weird because I have a set of their fabricated aluminum valve covers. They do make a Perm-align valve cover gasket. Think I'll try it unless I get some other good advice.

Anyone make reusable valve cover gaskets?

I change my VC gaskets fairly often and have now gone to a solid lifter cam and will spend more time adjusting lash this year. Are there any reusable VC gaskets out there? I can't seem to find any. a lot of cars nowadays have them on the transmission pan. It would save me quite a bit in the long...

    200R4 update

Got the motor ready to go as soon as the weather warms a bit. The only video i have of the dyno is on Facebook on the builders page. Check out Wheeler Racing Engines and his videos. He mistakenly posted mine as a 409.

    200R4 update

Just because I haven't updated this in forever, I did have to rebuild the 200 4R after 7 years of abuse. the front pump was going and I was about two hard shifts from breaking a bunch of internals according to my friend who rebuilt it. I went with a PTC 3800 stall at that time and gained about...

    [SOLD] 1970 Plymouth Duster

I got this from my friend. He bought it in high school and it was his daily driver for 15 years. The old slant six started to foul out one plug every month or so and then the brake lines went. It was parked in his yard for ten years, then in a pile barn for nine more. Then I got it. I had to...

    Alignment Help

Good luck getting caster anywhere near where you want it without buying adjustable control arms. 3-4 degrees is great but you'll never get that much from your starting point. Fortunately it's not really a pulling or tire wear angle, but it does keep the vehicle tracking straight and with less...

    Tire size questions

BFG are okay if you can find them. Cooper Cobra are crap tires - they just come in popular sizes for our vehicles. I'd lean toward the 255/60R15 personally. You could ask Cu440da what size he runs on his Warlock - if he still comes around this site. I think he uses different sizes front and rear...

    Big block header identification.

Maybe. They look like long tube truck headers though. Maybe it's the close up and out of the vehicle that makes it look like that, but I don't remember my tubes being that long. Also, you don't say what motor, tranny, etc. What did they come off of? You must have had some idea before you bought...

    How long should it take

Try fortrucksonly.com and look up cu440da for some pics of his. Or here is a link. '78 Warlock 5.7/t56 Or message him on FABO - he is still cu440da here. He can answer questions and I know he has more pics.

    Electric fan suggestion

I bought my radiator, shroud and dual electric fans from Challengergary ... or was it Challengersteve on FABO. It fits in that same tight spot. I don't have any better pics with me. I can take some when I get home tonight if you like. I love the looks of my setup and it fits well.

    How long should it take

It depends upon the availability of electronics and wiring harnesses which have to be custom made. My brother did one on his own in his Warlock in his garage with no lift. Made custom exhaust and changed to a manual 6 speed from a Viper. He had most of the stuff before beginning but waited on a...

    Bolt spacers

I went to a local steel company and bought the metal for fabricating my cross member and also some tube steel to strengthen the area the bolts went through. It was cheap and I just cut it to fit.

It will take more than 150hp, guaranteed. You were unlucky. Was it an old, probably already worn rear end or did you put in the 3.55 gears?

Super victor intake and valve cover clearence

My Air Gap and my Super Victor did the same thing. I run the Mopar Performance covers. I ground the seating surface of the valve covers at an angle to match the intake. You can't tell by looking at them unless they are off the vehicle and you look at the bottom. Then I use Fel Pro gaskets with...
