When I needed longer studs I went oversize not that they were loose just that no-one had longer studs with my knurl. I think I bought .490 knurl. Just a tad bigger but they pressed in no prob.

Checked it beginning of the season. I think it due to excessive current because my distributor is locked and she starts real hard sometimes. Never done that before dizzy was locked out. I will put the springs back in for next season so that should fix it.

Ironically I drained the water out of my race car today and low and behold the anode was ate completely away.

With aluminum heads and or radiators you should install a sacrificial anode in the cooling system. I’ve seen anodes attached to the cap but mine is installed where the drain petcock goes.

Anti squat. See the tire driven into the track. That is not an under inflated tire. See the rear of the spring separated? Thats why there is no wheel hop. Hop is from the spring binding against the rear clamps. I agree that pinion snubbers do nothing.

He rev limiter worked good for me. Thats the only Pro Comp part. Upgraded to a MSD for 2 step function. HEI I think is as solid as the MSD as far as spark goes.
