The scr was at 130 psi the cam is a stock mopar 340 ,I basically just play on the street but go to track a couple times per year. The car is a 4 speed and fun to Drive just looking to see if these will help or hurt performance .

I currently have a 318 with 1968 stock heads , just headers a eddy 600 with eddy intake. I have a set of 72 360 heads I want to mill .40 and do slight port work and matching on. My question is will this help performance or just create a lower compression dog.

We used the same concept back in the early 70's except we used clothes line , never tried it on one that bad but used to clean up the journals like that.

I bought that same charger and my wife keeps buying me all the mopars she comes across . have the same problem where to put them my study is geting full of them but cant stop . must be the kid in all of us or we have some sort of Mopar problem.

I put them on my 67 with a 318 pulled distributor out pulled motor mounts jacked engine up and it was a tight fit . as posted above beer will help not a fun job to do.

Working on removing the torsion bar adjusters had one pull the threads out what a pita. When I went to adjust the first one heard a snap the bolt pulled the threads out of the adjuster nut or plate.

Thanks for the advice will let you know when I get this out will probally need the parts.

Well, I went to adjust my torsion bar jacked car up tried tirn bolt heard a snap it pulled the threads out of the adjustment nut , any ideas on how to repair it pulled the threads clean out.

I had same problem was a small leak at headers when I backed off cold air would suck in and cause it new gaskets and no problem.
