I just wired mine up. Fused the wire going to the main power/kill switch only. Probably didn't have to since there is nothing hidden and you are always right there when it's running. A quick disconnect at the battery is a good idea too, but I don't have 1. Cley

When I installed the A-500 in my Duster I used a 727 slip yoke. It is my understanding the A-500 and the A-518 both use that same 727 slip yoke. I have no first hand knowledge of the A-518. Cley
