To clarify the engine is seized from sitting for 25 years. I put a socket on the front and it doesn’t budge.

To me is it tight is it seized it don’t turn over all means the same **** to me not trying to hide anything

No very honest seller, just never heard of an engine cracking for any other reason?

There is still good antifreeze in the block so it isn’t cracked due to freezing,

What is the difference, it needs to be rebuilt anyway? I bought one once the guy power washed it and put it away for years, I bored it and put one sleeve in it?!
