    Shake rattle and roll

If you are using an in-line fuel pressure gauge, fluctuations is normal, for elect pumps external from the tank. At least that was what I was seeing when I had one in-line. However, the engine ran like it should have. I took mine out and have not had a issue since. 5 years +.

    Modern electronics = Full rewire

Here are a couple of diagrams I put together when I was building my 75 Swinger. Had to find a way to keep from blowing my brains out trying to interpret the manual. FYI: the factory used the same color codes until 1976 for Plymouth and Dodges. They just added more colors as the added more STUFF...

    Shake rattle and roll

Had 1999 Dakota R/T . After two motors w/cam, headers complete rebuilds : neither ever ran to capability. Sold it:( Answer: CAT, they were clogged. No codes. If you have an old CAT, check for flow, not emission crap. Actually, check the entire Ex system.

    Shake rattle and roll

Went through the same mess that you are experiencing with a stock Magnum serpentine set up on my Dart. Bought three H. balancers before I got the one with multiple weights that actually worked. That is your Bulk Head connector. A breakdown with the 3 pages is shown earlier. I sent you the color code diagrams which identifies each color and what they go to. [WANTED] A904 floor shifter

You may just consider a new shifter, Hurst Quarter stick, B & M etc. Used shifters have been "USED" and will have wear on some parts. I had a used Hurst QS that cost me big time. I know they are not cheap but in the long run you will be better off.

    Re-Wiring 1975 Plymouth Duster

As for the fuse block, the "high speed" wire there is most likely burned. I drilled out the hole for high speed, ran the correct color and gauge and put an "in line" fuse in its place.
