What I have had to do is get valves with longer stems and then shim to get back to where needed. If its only a few thousandths off you may be able to go thru hughs or comp cams and se if they have retainers that will raise the spring height up. Seems like comp cams had several different ones...

Just the tailshaft housing, which also houses the OD portion of the tranny is different.

Tailshaft/OD unit. THe 4WD tranny is made to mate up to the transfer case where the 2WD model has the long tailshaft. They are interchangeable though.

They aren't really doing away with them, you just can't get any that are speed rated beyond about 35MPH! Funny though, they are keeping the speed rated 13 inch tires for the mini sized jap crap!

Changing the ride height has nothing to do with the pitman arm hitting the torsion bar as they stay the same in relation to each other regardless of ride height. As for the pitman hitting the torsion bar, could be one of 2 things. Most likely the wrong pitman arm. Or it could be that its cheap...

You ain't gonna like the 6 speed tranny though. I got a 2011 Durango Hemi with the 6 speed and its been back 3 times for a flash upgrade and still shifts like ****! Have to anticipate any downshift by about 10 seconds because thats how long it thinks about what it wants to do when you floor it...
