You can always go to your local paint supplier and have them mix up the exact color you want and put it in an aerosol. Spray the two colors you have onto a piece of cardboard and take your color to the shop to have them match it up.

Don't drill holes in your hood. Just relocate the clips butting a hole in the rubber. Rubber wont rust out causing heart ache later.

Be careful to not connect your ground in a fashion that could run the circuit across a bearing, like rear end. It could arc across a bearing destroying it.

I live in a rural area too and have Dish satellite. I would be more concerned with your internet supporting stream speeds needed. Nothing worse then watching 2 seconds then waiting 10 seconds to load. Makes me just turn off all the electronics and read a book. Good luck in your quest.
