    happy to join

Hello and welcome I would be happy to answer any questions about Demons. First off the Vin number is located on the dash, drivers door, rad support, under the trunk seal and on the engine. If the car came with the six cylinder it's vital the K member was changed to accomodate the V8. The...

Do you have a 1972 Demon 340 four gear Car?

I heard people do reproduction tags from real cars. Can you say Mr. Galen? For those who may have reservations about the information can cover the sequence# on the fender tags lower right corner. That will be the last 6 digits of the VIN #. I don't know how this information could be used for...

Do you have a 1972 Demon 340 four gear Car?

Thanks OLD_DEMON It is the second brown car on the list. Love the red it's beautiful and the wheels compliment it so well. The gloss black instead of the stock matte looks awesome as well. Thank you Peter

Do you have a 1972 Demon 340 four gear Car?

Hello everyone Do you have a real LM29 H2B D21 car? Or know someone with one. I'm in the process of tracking down these cars. Production of the American cars was about 1,800. Trying to deduce how many are left out there especially the rare colour cars such as TX9 Black and TB3 blue which...

    My 72 Demon Project

A lot of colours look good on this body style. I wouldn't restrict myself to a stock colour for that year though. My favorite is lemon twist and black stripes. Fabo member justcuz has a 71 like that. Mine is a TB3 with white stripes which is quite popular. Of course the most popular high...

2014 WPC Mopar Only show in Coombs BC - lots of pictures

Thanks Mike Nice meeting you. I also enjoyed the cruise to the rodeo grounds. Not often you see 10 mopars in a row and 3 F8 cars to boot! Was glad to represent the Demon breed. Was the only Demon at the Courtenay cruise as well, there must have been more than 250 cars come out. We met up with...

Which one was quickest in 1972

I know the question was what was availble on the lot. But 69 cuda 440 would you know the performance numbers for the police issued vehicles?

Mopar Rally wheels or Cragar SS

Here is my car with the SS wheels and the correct 72 Rallye wheels. I prefer the Rallye wheels as they changed each year. The tires on the Cragars are much nicer of course but you are asking about just the wheels. Both look awesome so we are just splitting hairs here. I agree Rallye wheels on...

Which one was quickest in 1972

Amazing how these threads get off topic. Each person has their own preference when it come to the cars they like. That's why their is 52 flavours folks! Some like hide away headlights, some don't. Some even like the look of the Coronet although I'll never understand why. But for me: The...

Which one was quickest in 1972

So the GTX is the winner! Thank you to 69 Cuda 440 for that information. I'd sure like to line up beside it with my stock 340 4 gear DEMON though. The ET's are so close it would be down to reaction time. But numbers speak and those are achieved by professional drivers. The GTX is king of the...

Which one was quickest in 1972

Thanks to Demon 408 and 69 Cuda 440. The 340 A body came with either 3.23 or 3.55 gears and if you begged and pleaded you could get 3.91s. But special orders aside like the 440 GTX with 4.10s it appears the A-body was quickest. The 340 duster with 3.91s would be closer to 14.2 I'm told. I am...

Which one was quickest in 1972

Hello The question I was asked was. "If I walked onto a Chrysler car lot in 1972 and asked the salesman for the fastest (1/4 mile) new car they had what would it be?". Depending on who you talk to the response varies. Some say the A body 340 was quickest, others say the 440 4V B Body ran...

    Fuel gauge limiter

I checked the gauge with a voltmeter and had 3 volts supplied from the limiter. I grounded the sender side, turned the key on and the needle never moved. So it's definitely the fuel gauge itself. Thanks to everyone for their responses. Peter Now I need a fuel gauge.

    Fuel gauge limiter

Hello My fuel gauge does'nt work. So I checked the sender wire at the tank and had no power, checked the connection behind the left kick panel no power. I tried the terminal at the back of the instrument cluster no power. The temp gauge is working so I'm thinking the limiter is fine and the...

Woman fined after hanging Canadian flags on her backyard frence

Ridiculous The woman is obviously in the wrong. It's sad that she chose to hide behind our flag while breaking the rules. That's not patriotism. If I hung a canadian flag across the back window of my car it would be a violation just the same as any other material that blocked the vision...

    My demon

Well... as mentioned the car I restored and then was used in the movie production was a 65 Mustang. My Demon will certainly get attention after I restore it. We'll see what the future holds for her. She is confirmed to be a very rare car. TB3 Blue LM29H2B D21 car with blue interior. 74,522...

    My demon

The movie is called "My cousin lived next door" and has been premiered at one festival but not released as of yet. It was a small film and the lead character drove a "cool car". Unfortunately it was not a mopar. The car was a 1965 mustang that I restored and has since been since sold. Now I...

High Impact Color Production % #'s

Hello there I have it on good authority from people who worked at the plant during that time that no less than 120 and no more than 200 were originally TB3 cars. My good friend worked in the engine assembly plant during that time and called some old friends for this information. That is ALL...

    [SOLD] H Code A-Body

Thanks for the pictures. If you were closer we'd have a look. But it will cost me a grand to bring it home in the trailer. If it was a 25k vehicle then the transport costs make sense.

    Canadian looking for an A-Body

I looked on the site and the car is not listed. I've looked at the 70 swinger listed there, very nice car, but not a 4 speed and I was never a big fan of the swingers (except the back window).

    [SOLD] H Code A-Body

Hello New to this site. I'm looking for an H code A-body and prefer a 4 gear car with the sweet spot being the 1971 Duster or Demon but will consider all H code cars. Clones do not interest me. As close to stock would be preferred, especially the exhaust system. These cars range from 17k to...
